प्रश्न 5:- दिल्ली सल्तनत की प्रादेशिक इकाई को पदानुक्रम में लगाइये- A) शिक- इक्ता- सूबा -परगना B) इक्ता- सूबा –शिक -परगना C) सूबा –इक्ता –परगना -शिक D) परगना- सूबा -इक्ता- शिक उत्तरः (b) व्याख्याः जब तुर्कों ने भारत पर शासन किया तो इसे कई प्रदेशों/इकाईयों में बाँट दिया। जिन्हें इक्ता कहा जाने लगा। इन इक्ताओं को तुर्क अमीरों के हवाले कर दिया जाता था, जिन्हें युक्ति या वली कहा जाता था। यही प्रदेश बाद में सूबे में परिवर्तित हो गए। सूबे के नीचे की इकाई शिक कहलाती थी। शिक के नीचे की इकाई परगना कही जाती थी। प्रश्न 6:- दिल्ली सल्तनत के आर्थिक-सामाजिक जीवन के संदर्भ में निम्नलिखित कथनों में से कौन-सा असत्य है। A) उस काल में चाँदी के टके और तांबे के दिरहम आधारित ठोस मुद्रा प्रणाली प्रचलन में थी। B) भारत, पश्चिम एशिया से साटन, काँच के बर्तन तथा घोड़ों का आयात करता था। C) लोहे की रकाबों का प्रयोग अधिक प्रचलन में था। D) उस काल में भारत, फारस की खाड़ी और लाल सागर के समीप के देशों के साथ व्यापार नहीं करता था। उत्तरः (d) व्याख्याः 14वीं सदी में भारतीय कारीगरों की कुशलता इतनी सफल थी कि लाल सागर और फारस की खाड़ी के आस-पास के देशों के साथ होने वाले व्यापार में भारतीय माल व विशेषकर कपड़े की प्रसिद्धि हो चुकी थी। अतः उस काल में भारत इनके साथ व्यापार करता था।

A) कर B) सिंचाई C) आवास D) बंधुआ मज़दूरी उत्तरः (b) व्याख्याः मध्यकालीन सिंचाई व्यवस्था में ‘रहट’ काफी प्रचलन में था। इसकी सहायता से सिंचाई हेतु पानी अधिक गहराई से निकाला जाता था। अतः रहट सिंचाई व्यवस्था से संबंधित है। प्रश्न 8:- दिल्ली सल्तनत के शासक ‘जवाबित’ का प्रयोग करते थे। यह किससे संबंधित था?
